Lille - Lille coach, Raul Garcia expressed his disappointment after a 1-1 draw against Lorient in the French League, but he was impressed by the goals scored by his new son, Joe Cole.
The former Chelsea player broke the deadlock after working with Eden Hazard, but Kevin Monnet-Paquet kick just before the party ends make Lille had to settle for sharing the numbers, on Sunday night (25/09/2011).
"Goals from Joe Cole is world class and it should make us win the game. So many good games, very trying, but only one point that can be in the can," Garcia said after the game, as quoted from Goal.com.
"We have to perform better. The performance of the children has been good, although they had lost two points. We changed the system by placing four players attacking and it was good, all worked hard, but it's not enough to make us win," he continued.
Lille is currently collecting 13 points from eight games and sit in position six Ligue 1 standings. It is also a prime goal from Joe Cole on loan from Liverpool last summer. [Yob]
